چکیده
Rifaximin (RFX) is a non-absorbable antibiotic with broad-spectrum efficacy. It treats travelers’ diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, non-systematic bacterial infections, overgrowth and enteric infections. In this work, carbon dots prepared from Ziziphus spina-christi leaves’ powders are utilized as green fluorometric biosensor for the assessment of RFX. The morphological lineaments were recognized by using TEM SEM techniques. manifest fluorescence emission peak at 432 nm after an excitation 366 nm. absorbance band RFX (absorbance peaks 370 443 nm) could be thoroughly overlapped excitation/emission bands produced dots. A tool has been designed validated evaluation reliant on inner filter effect methodology, in which act fluorophore absorber. quenching degree activity depended concentration analytical parameters checked directed successfully applied different pharmaceutical formulations. proposed tool’s greenness eco-friendliness profile was evaluated most recent tool, complementary procedure index (Complex-GAPI) Analytical GREEnness metric (AGREE). Additionally, recently released White Chemistry (WAC) whiteness characteristic—which indicated method’s sustainability—was investigated.

The antibacterial hydrogen peroxide generation from Ziziphus Spina Christi and Acacia spp. honey
Honey and hydrogen peroxide are effective antibacterial agents. The antibacterial activity of honey is mainly attributed to hydrogen peroxide generation that is produced in the honey by the activity of the glucose oxidase (GOX) enzyme. Ziziphus Spina Christi and Acacia spp. honey samples were collected for the study. Hydrogen peroxide was measured using a sensitive enzymatic/colorimetric assay....
